Nicole’s journey as a nurse has taken her through various areas of healthcare, including emergency care, complex continuing care, rehabilitation, geriatrics, and care coordination. This extensive experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of healthcare delivery and the diverse needs of patients across different settings.

As co-founder of our agency, Nicole leads by example, demonstrating an unparalleled ability to empathically connect with patients and provide them with the utmost compassion and care. Nicole’s expertise as a registered nurse is complemented by her professional qualifications. Additionally, she has pursued continuous professional development, including workshops on case managements/care coordination, wound care management, conflict resolution, stress management and ethical decision-making workshops. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nicole has dedicated her time and skills to volunteer work, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. She redeployed her expertise to assist with pandemic management, including working in assessment centers, performing swabbing, and supporting vaccination clinics.
